Hello and welcome to the second WOD for friday. Let’s get to it.

WOD #2

A. Snatch Practice
For the Snatch practice you should choose lighter weights to focus mainly on your technique. The practice should last about 10-20 minutes, but remember that after the practice you still have AMRAP with 2 excercises to do.
